Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for Authbridge Research Services for B. Tech. all Branches 2017 Batch on July 12, 2017.

Dronacharya Group of Institutions was the center of the placement in Delhi/NCR where students from RKGIT, Amity Business School, Apeejay School of Management, BSAITM, IIMT, NIET etc. participated.
Mr. Rachit Arora- Work Force Management along with his TEAM members Ms. Shikha and Mr. Dhruv visited DGI Campus for the conduction of the campus placement event. They were welcomed by the Director, Dr. Ashish Soti.
The first round was the company’s presentation in which Mr. Dhruv briefed the students about the profile and the company’s work culture. He also explained the working culture of the company and advised the students to be positive throughout their interview process and focus on being a TEAM worker.
Later there was a communication round with the students to gauge their communication skills. The students were seated in a group of 10 and the HR and Operations combined interacted with them.
The students who cleared the GD went through an online test having questions based on Aptitude, English Speaking Skills and Psychometric Analysis. The duration of the test was one hour and they were tested upon their Leadership Skills, Work Culture Adaptability, and their work flexibility.
The final round was a PI in which the students had to face the panel of 3 interviewers together. All the students were rigorously tested upon their work force competency and alignment towards the company’s vision.
The event came to an end at 05:00 PM with the vote of thanks from the Training & Placement Officer of DGI, Ms. Prachi Agarwal. Final result of the placement activity is still awaited.
